Attention Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Residents!

Dún Laoghaire‑Rathdown County Council is moving to a new Resident Parking Permit platform

Users are advised to consult the Parking section of the Dún Laoghaire‑Rathdown County Council website for confirmation and further details regarding this platform change.

To request a refund of your GoParkit account credit, please email support@goparkit.com with your account details. If you have not completed a transaction with us in the past six months, we will need to obtain your card details in order to process the refund.

Resident permits are now managed through mycoco.ie/parking.

The system will be unavailable until 17th April 2026.

To access the new system, please create an account on mycoco.ie using the same email address you previously used on GoParkit.

After verifying your email, you can begin managing your permits on the new platform.

If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk folder.

For support and queries in relation to the new system please contact internalpaidparking@dlrcoco.ie rather than GoParkit.

The system will look and feel similar to the old GoParkit platform but with one key difference:

Payments are now made on a pay as you go basis, credit top-ups are no longer required.
